V-SPEC is a portable computer designed to measure time and distance to calculate speed and has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The V-SPEC will measure speed in STATIONARY and MOVING Modes. The V-SPEC comes with an optional computer interface for connection to the in vehicle laptop.
